Job summary

The Raw Materials Coordinator at The Compleat Food Group’s Clitheroe site plays a crucial role in ensuring all materials meet the required food safety, quality, legality, and customer standards. You’ll manage intake checks, traceability, non-conformances, and supplier collaboration while supporting audits and continuous improvement across the warehouse and QA teams.

With a focus on GMP and strong procedures, you’ll drive timely KPI reporting, maintain material specifications, and help uphold

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene.
• Understanding of PPE usage and relevant procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate across departments and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials arrive meeting food safety and quality specs.
• Maintain traceability and correct paperwork with production.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and audits support.
• Record KPIs and report quality metrics.
• Train warehouse and QA staff on procedures and quality standards.
