The Compleat Food Group, Twin Brook site in Clitheroe, is seeking a QA Technician to help ensure all products meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will support quality checks, environmental monitoring, documentation, and staff training to promote a strong food safety culture across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a food manufacturing or high-care production environment.
• Experience with BRCGS Food Safety Standards.
• Understanding of allergen management and environmental monitoring.
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Verify that products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Complete and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Perform product sampling and testing according to established procedures.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and quality control points (QCPs).
• Support production teams in understanding quality requirements.
• Promote positive food safety and quality culture.
• Assist with staff training in quality and hygiene procedures.
