Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic in Rugby invites applications for a Raw Materials FLT Operator. You will join a multi-skilled team delivering raw materials safely and efficiently on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

The role requires operating MHE, using SAP and RF scanning, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The position supports production across Can, PET and other lines, with a focus on accurate inventory control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• RTITB forklift qualification or equivalent required.
• SAP experience and warehousing procedures beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Flexibility to work across multiple production areas.
• Commitment to excellence and company goals.
• GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Handle materials per Quality (Food Safety) standards and report results.
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment to load/unload vehicles.
• Use SAP and RF scanning to control inventory with accuracy.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet plan and targets.
• Manage waste segregation and recycling per site standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
