Job summary

Florette in Lichfield (WS13 8NF) is recruiting a Raw Materials FLT Operative. The role ensures safe, efficient movement of raw materials from receipt through production, keeping lines stocked and meeting GMP standards. A valid FLT licence is required, with a 4-day week of 10-hour shifts (6am–4pm).

Qualifications

• Must hold valid FLT licence.
• Must have or be willing to complete a Food Safety Qualification.
• Must understand health and safety requirements and adhere to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fork Lift Truck (FLT) and perform safety checks.
• Load/unload materials between delivery and raw materials areas following the plan.
• Receive raw material deliveries and transport to storage area.
• Assist production by removing/replacing waste dolavs and transport pallets as needed.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP standards in the work area (clean as you go).
• Monitor equipment and report issues to management for escalation.
