Job summary

Ferrero Halstead site is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure smooth movement of goods from receipt to dispatch, with emphasis on stock accuracy and safety. You will operate warehouse equipment, use SAP and warehouse systems, and collaborate with production, transport providers, and suppliers to meet daily targets.

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts (Mornings 6am–2pm and Afternoons 11am–7pm) and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is desirable.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and reach trucks is beneficial.
• Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, following training and safety standards.
• Manage goods-in and goods-out activities, including receiving, inspecting, and dispatching shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation; support production needs and data accuracy.
