Qualifications

• Prior Interest Rate Sales experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to provide differentiating analysis.
• Knowledge of various interest rate products, including vanilla/exotic derivatives.
• Keen interest in financial markets, economics, and market dynamics.
• Commercial mindset and ability to collaborate with trading and external clients.
• Strong technical/analytical skills.
• Master’s degree in STEM or finance related topic preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and basic programming concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak a second language.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients in response to market themes.
• Develop and maintain tools, quantitative metrics and signals for identifying sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain connections with sales and trading desks across Fixed Income.
• Communicate opportunities to sales and clients to generate flow for rates business.
• Collaborate with partners across FX, credit and commodities to cross-sell.
