Qualifications

• Prior Interest Rate Sales experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep-dive capability.
• Knowledge of vanilla/exotic rate products.
• Master’s degree in STEM or finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients based on market themes.
• Develop tools, metrics and signals to identify sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain connections with sales and trading desks across Fixed Income.
• Communicate opportunities to sales and clients to generate flow for rates business.
• Collaborate with FX, credit and commodities teams to cross-sell.
