Morgan Stanley is seeking a qualified Associate for FID eRates Sales in London. You will drive electronic rates revenue, partner with trading, e-strats and tech, and deliver analytics-driven client solutions across global markets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with Sales & Trading, and developing metrics to scale the electronic platform. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fixed Income, ideally with Rates e-trading exposure.
• Strong understanding of electronic execution workflows and liquidity dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into opportunities.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL and ad hoc analysis; automation experience helps.
• Excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills; good communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth of electronic Rates sales across client segments and products.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to deliver electronic execution solutions.
• Analyze e-trading performance, client behavior, and market trends.
• Develop client analytics, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Support onboarding and growth of clients on electronic venues.
• Collaborate with technology to enhance automation and analytics.
• Contribute to new business metrics and tools for the electronic platform.
• Engage clients with solutions-focused education on products and market structure.
