Job summary

London Borough of Camden is seeking a Rapid Response Planner to manage end-to-end scheduling of repair works, ensuring the right priority, trade and sequence, and coordinating with supervisors, operatives and contractors to maximise productivity and service quality.

The role supports Camden's compliance with Awaab's Law, prioritising damp and mould cases, maintaining records, and delivering a right-first-time, resident-focused repairs service. A Basic DBS is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs, maintenance, housing, scheduling, or workforce planning.
• Understanding of responsive repairs, damp and mould, disrepair, and housing service standards would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end scheduling of repair works across a designated area.
• Allocate work orders to the right operative with correct priority, trade and sequence.
• Collaborate with supervisors, operatives, contractors and other teams to maximise productivity and customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate repair records and ensure timely progress within required timescales.
