As a Rapid Response Cleaner, you will play a vital role in supporting the business across all aspects of self-delivered activities within the aligned UK sector.

Working alongside both direct and indirect account teams, you’ll help ensure effective service delivery and frontline compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide BAU cover for cleaners’ absence, carrying out standard site cleaning
  • Handle reactive jobs from the help desk, such as spillages or sickness clean-ups, prioritised by urgency
  • Work from the weekly planned schedule, but adjust for reactive tasks
  • Receive training in Pure Space cleaning methods and equipment, including backpack vacuums and van kits
  • Significant driving is required and must be understood before starting

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Cleaning experience not essential – backgrounds such as care, nurseries, or warehouses welcome
  • Training is provided with a focus on new working methods
  • Adaptable and ready to work rather than fixed in existing cleaning habits
  • Able to pass BPSS checks
  • UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
  • Resident in the UK for the past five years
