Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Southampton is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex care areas such as tracheostomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care while traveling within a 100-mile radius on an on-call rota.

You'll be part of a care team focused on making clients' days brighter, with opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience across diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care / rapid response essential prior to interview.
• Experience with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and medication administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant and receive full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in complex areas.
• Travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota.

Pay: Up to £19 per hour (£18 Monday - Friday / £19 Weekends)

Shifts: Covering regular days and nights on a rota basis

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheostomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more!

You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
