Complete Care Amegreen in Croydon is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our growing Complex Care team. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex care tasks and respond to changing care needs on a rota basis.
You must be willing to travel within a 100‑mile radius and hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. The role offers a supportive, people‑first environment with career progression opportunities.
Pay: Up to £19 per hour
Shifts: Covering regular days and nights on a rota basis
Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Previous experience in complex care / rapid response is essential prior to interview. This experience could include ventilation support, tracheostomy care and peg feeding.
