Job summary

Advantage Healthcare is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our community-based care team across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to develop skills in home-care, including complex needs support.

You’ll travel within a 100-mile radius, work on an on-call rota, and help deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes, enhancing your practical experience in social care.

Qualifications

• You must have previous social care experience to apply for this role.

• This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.
• You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota.

Location: Middlesbrough and surrounding areas

Pay Rate:Up to £19 per hour

Shifts Available:Covering day and night shifts across the week, including weekends.

A driver with access to a vehicle is required, as you will be required to travel.
