Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial systems design, analysis, or implementation.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with CAD, simulations, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial systems including production lines and automation.
• Analyze existing systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for upgrades and new installations.
• Collaborate with R&D, production and IT for system integration.
• Create and maintain system documentation (P&IDs, specs, manuals).
• Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime while ensuring safety compliance.
• Monitor performance and optimize for efficiency.
• Provide guidance to operations and maintenance teams.
