The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years' experience on the shop floor, with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safe, efficient processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial engineering focused on productivity.
- Strong lean manufacturing knowledge and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
- Develop and implement lean-driven process improvements.
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, and work sampling to boost efficiency.
- Design and optimize factory layouts and material flow.
- Collect, analyze, and report on production data to track performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement changes and train staff.
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation while ensuring safety and quality.
