Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on operations and workflow design.
• Strong skills in process mapping and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize operational workflows and processes.
• Design and implement optimized layouts to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Conduct time studies and ergonomic assessments to boost productivity and safety.
• Develop simulation models to test proposed changes.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through process improvements and waste elimination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
