You’ll collaborate with engineering specialists and project teams, develop e-learning content, and drive competency development to improve safety and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver technical training solutions across UK operations.
• Develop and maintain a centralised technical training framework for multiple fleets.
• Create engaging training programmes covering traction, braking, control, signalling, maintenance and vehicle familiarisation.

Responsibilities

• Design world-class technical training across UK operations.
• Create engaging programmes covering traction, braking, control, signalling interfaces, maintenance and vehicle familiarisation.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive technical training library and e-learning content.
• Collaborate with engineering experts, project teams and industry partners to produce high-quality content.
• Lead skills gap analyses and contribute to competency frameworks and career pathways.
