Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Training Manager to lead site-based vocational training across the UK. You will deliver training, assess learners, and drive competency for engineers and apprentices, delivering a Level 3 Substation Fitter qualification.

Qualifications

• Hands-on site-based training delivery and assessment.
• Experience guiding apprentices and engineers to competencies.
• Familiarity with NVQ qualifications and apprenticeship schemes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured vocational and technical training to engineers and apprentices.
• On-site assessments and support learners through NVQ qualifications.
• Mentor, coach and develop individuals across experience levels.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with industry standards and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Travel to sites across the UK to engage directly with the workforce.
