Fusion People Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Rail Project Manager (Systems) to lead multidisciplinary rail projects, coordinating project teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.

The role requires an engineering background in Rail Systems, with five years in project or engineering management, budget and stakeholder oversight; NEC4 accreditation is a plus. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office.

Qualificações

• Engineering background in Rail Systems Engineering (ideally).
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary rail projects (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Management or Engineering Management role.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, programmes and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary rail projects.
• Manage resources, budgets, programme, safety and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, coordinating project teams and subcontractors.
• Plan and secure resources for delivery: labour, materials, plant and engineering support.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental and governance compliance including sustainability and carbon reduction commitments.
• Support business growth and contribute to tender activities.
