Fusion People is seeking a Project Manager for rail sector projects in the Wales and Western region, based in Wiltshire with 4 days in the office. The contract runs from November 2026 to October 2027, with potential extensions, outside IR35.

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Rail Infrastructure Team, the Client and stakeholders.
• Deliver work packages safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements and business procedures.
• Track and report on work package progress, financial performance, risks, issues, and key project milestones.
