Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (relevant discipline).
• Chartered status or ability to achieve Chartered status in near future.
• Post-degree experience delivering systems integration in rail.
• Experience applying systems engineering tools and MBSE (e.g., DOORS).
• Experience defining the right SE approaches on projects.
• Ability to lead SE tasks and small projects.
• Background in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding SE across lifecycle stages and challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; innovative SE ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to solve complex integration problems on major infrastructure programmes.
• Lead tasks within a project, oversee other resources, or manage small projects.
• Demonstrate willingness to challenge and learn from clients and colleagues.
• Mentor Early Career Professionals.
• Work on challenging environments and help define projects.
• Add value and reduce risk through pragmatic SE and collaborative behaviours.
