South Eastern Railway in Dartford is seeking Station Colleagues to join our busy London Terminals network. The role offers 37 hours per week with a permanent, full-time contract and shift work including weekends and nights.

Responsabilités

• Help make every journey through our station an enjoyable one by providing top-notch customer service and following safety protocols
• Work across platforms, gatelines, ticket offices, and with Passenger Hosts where applicable
• Spend time on tasks such as dispatching trains, inspecting tickets, guiding passengers, answering questions, lost property, selling tickets, and conducting safety checks
• Work varied shifts including weekends, bank holidays and nights; some shifts may start early or end late
• Must live within a 40 minute commute of the station you’ll be working from
