Job summary

Amey Group Services LTD in London is seeking a Permanent Project Manager - Rail to deliver multi-disciplinary contracts on the TfL IIF framework and other Amey projects. You will lead project initiation, planning, and governance while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires in-office presence 4 days a week within a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate has proven track record across Civils, Track, Buildings, and Power within rail and a solid grasp of safety, quality, and budget

Qualifications

Project Management experience in a multidisciplinary construction environment.
Experience delivering multi-disciplinary contracts within rail.
Strong budgeting and financial tracking abilities.
Good understanding of CDM regulations and railway planning processes.
Familiarity with planning software such as P6 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create project initiation and governance documents (PID, PoaP, Communication Plan).
Set objectives and conduct regular 1-1s with direct reports.
Monitor risks, issues, decisions, and lessons learned; track quality.
Ensure third-party resources are managed per Amey policies.
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regs.
Forecast and report project performance, monthly where possible.
Coordinate post-project reviews and capture learnings.
