Job summary

Amey is recruiting a Permanent Project Manager – Rail/TFL to lead multidisciplinary contracts on the TfL IIF Framework in London. The role offers 37.5 hours weekly with hybrid working and in-office four days a week.

You will drive project initiation, planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement, manage budgets and H&S compliance, and provide monthly performance reports to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Knowledge of Railway/Trams operating environment is desirable.
• Understanding of the design process and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Create project documents: PID, PoaP, Communication Plan, Project Quality Plan.
• Set objectives and conduct regular 1-1s with direct reports.
• Manage logs for issues, risks, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project cycle.
• Ensure third-party resources comply with Amey procedures.
• Forecast and report monthly on financial performance versus plan.
