Job summary

Interlinx Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Rail) to oversee earthworks and soil-related activities at a site in Leicester. You will coordinate project activities, provide technical support and ensure works comply with Network Rail standards and client requirements.

This role requires prior rail infrastructure and earthworks experience, with responsibilities including inspections, risk assessments, and reporting, while liaising with clients, subcontractors and maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rail infrastructure and earthworks is essential.
• Experience coordinating earthwork activities across multiple sites.
• Ability to provide technical support and compile reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead for earthwork activities under the direction of the clients.
• Coordinate engineering resources to deliver planned works safely and to programme.
• Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with CPP, WPP, SSOW and task-specific instructions.
• Support maintenance and renewal projects from initial scope through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding ongoing works and asset performance.
• Carry out site inspections, condition assessments and prepare technical reports.
