Job summary

APCOA Parking is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead Rail Parking operations across multiple sites in the South East, including travel between locations with a rail pass and company vehicle provided.

You'll manage Civil Enforcement Officers, schedule rosters, monitor KPIs, and ensure safe, customer-focused service delivery while reporting to Contract and Operations Managers. Previous supervisory experience in parking or facilities is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant management role in operations.
• Full UK manual driving licence and willingness to travel across sites.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and performance of defined sites, owning service delivery and KPIs.
• Coach and develop frontline teams; conduct performance reviews and absence management.
• Plan rosters, annual leave and site coverage to maintain flexibility.
• Onboard and train new colleagues; support onboarding.
• Perform regular site visits to ensure high standards of service and presentation.
• Identify issues and implement improvements; support shift planning and cover.
