Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely dispatch trains from platforms and ensure customers are clear of trains.
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding, including ramps where needed.
• Provide up-to-date journey information to customers via announcements and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain high standards of station cleanliness and safety across the facilities.
