South Western Railway is seeking a Rail Operator GPR to help safely dispatch trains, assist passengers, and keep stations presented to high standards. The role involves flexible shifts, including early, late and night work across stations, with the candidate using their own transport.

You will deliver timely information to customers, support with luggage and boarding, and contribute to a personal, welcoming travel experience for commuters across SWR’s network.

Formación

• Ability to travel to various stations with your own transport.

Responsabilidades

• Safely dispatch trains from the platform while ensuring passengers are clear.
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding, including ramps where needed.
• Provide journey updates through announcements and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain station standards, cleanliness and safety compliance.
