Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery on major HS2 works in West London. The role requires strong NEC knowledge and the ability to independently manage project packages, with daily rate circa £450–£525 via Umbrella.

The position offers hybrid working in West London, with shuttle services from Central London and immediate start. You will own the commercial management, cost reporting and change control for your package, liaising closely

Job Title: Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: West London - Hybrid Working (shuttle services available from Central London)

Rate: £450- £525 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)

Contract: Long-Term Contract

Start Date: ASAP

This is an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support major HS2 works in West London. The role requires someone with strong NEC contractual knowledge who can take ownership of the commercial management of their package and operate with minimal supervision.

• Main contractor or major infrastructure background preferred
• Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
