Job summary

Randstad CPE London is seeking a Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on major HS2 infrastructure packages in West London. Strong NEC experience and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

The role is a long-term contract with hybrid working; daily rate £450-£525 inside IR35 via Umbrella. You will administer NEC contracts, manage compensation events, valuations, cost reports, and coordinate with delivery teams.

Job Title: Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: West London - Hybrid Working (shuttle services available from Central London)

Rate: £450- £525 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)

Contract: Long-Term Contract

Start Date: ASAP

This is an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support major HS2 works in West London. The role requires someone with strong NEC contractual knowledge who can take ownership of the commercial management of their package and operate with minimal supervision.

• Strong understanding of change management, compensation events, valuations, and final accounts
• Main contractor or major infrastructure background preferred
• Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
