Kier Group plc. is seeking an MEP Technical Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical installations on on-site rail projects across the UK. This role focuses on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, acting as the client’s on-site representative to ensure works meet design intent.

You will coordinate with the Construction Responsible Engineer and subcontractors, perform inspections, witness testing, and maintain thorough site records to support successful project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in M&E building services, inspection, testing and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• CSCS certification and a valid Testing and Commissioning qualification (C&G 2391 or similar).

Aufgaben

• Monitor and inspect M&E/E&P installations to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Conduct routine and ad hoc inspections while upholding safety and environmental regs.
• Maintain site records including inspection reports and progress photos.
• Witness and verify testing and commissioning to confirm design intent is met.
• Coordinate between Construction Responsible Engineer and subcontractors for smooth delivery.
