Kier Group plc is seeking an MEP Technical Supervisor to join the Rail team in the UK. You will oversee mechanical and electrical installations on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations. You'll coordinate with Construction Responsible Engineer and subcontractors, maintain site records, witness testing, and support safety, quality and programme delivery across nationwide rail projects.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in M&E building services/E&P installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations, standards and health & safety requirements.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and inspect M&E/E&P/SISS installations for compliance with drawings, specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct routine and ad hoc inspections, ensuring adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed site records, including inspection reports and progress photos.
• Overseeing, witnessing and verifying testing and commissioning activities to ensure system performance meets design intent.
• Act as the link between the Construction Responsible Engineer and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination.
