Story Contracting Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager (CRE-C) to lead the planning, coordination and execution of civil, building and railway works at Crewe station canopy replacement project. You will ensure safety, quality and programme compliance, acting as Construction CRE to drive construction solutions and oversee activities.

The role requires strong leadership, NEC contract experience, and rail/infra sector knowledge; a related degree is preferred and SMSTS/CDM training is

Competenze

• Experience in rail or infrastructure project management.
• Strong leadership with a collaborative approach and influence.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and multi-disciplinary project development.
• Extensive experience as a Construction CRE within rail sector.
• Understanding of civil and rail engineering principles, construction methods and safety requirements.
• Related degree/diploma in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or CDM 2015 training.
• Chartered membership with a relevant body (APM or ICE) desirable.
• Temporary Works Coordination desirable.
