Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within rail, infrastructure, construction or a related sector.
• Experience within a Framework/Portfolio environment would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, supply chain partners and project teams.
• Strong commercial reporting, forecasting, risk management and change management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to influence, challenge and drive continuous improvement across a programme of works.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across the Buildings Portfolio, ensuring projects are commercially robust, risks are effectively managed and opportunities are maximised.
• Attend and contribute to key meetings across multiple offices, including regular attendance in Blackfriars.
