Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a qualified Rail Estimator to join our PMCM Rail Group in the UK, delivering robust cost estimates across track, civils, stations, electrification, signalling and wider rail systems.

You will work within a collaborative team, contributing to early feasibility through detailed design and delivery, across offices, client sites and sites nationally. You will develop evidence-based estimates, gain exposure to cost planning, procurement support and cost assurance, and work

Qualifications

• Rail estimating experience using standard measurement methods.
• Experience with bottom-up estimating from first principles.
• Familiarity with Rail Systems/Engineering environments and NEC contracts.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, evidence-based rail cost estimates for projects.
• Contribute to rail cost planning, procurement support and cost assurance.
• Work with internal and external clients across rail schemes.
• Support delivery from feasibility to design and delivery stages.
