Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Consultant in Cost Intelligence & Estimating (PMCM) to join our UK team.

You will contribute to high-quality estimating and benchmarking services across major infrastructure projects and collaborate with international colleagues to deliver data-driven cost insights. The role involves developing cost estimates and plans throughout the project lifecycle, using established cost management methods and digital tools to support client decisions.

Qualifications

• Construction cost management, quantity surveying or relevant qualification and/ or desire to pursue RICS chartership with our support.
• Infrastructure sector experience with estimating and benchmarking across design stages, digital tools, procurement and cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Passion about making a difference and being part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality estimating, cost intelligence and benchmarking services for major programmes and projects across infrastructure and built environment sectors.
• Develop robust cost estimates and cost plans across the project lifecycle, applying established cost management principles and standards.
• Leverage data-driven insights, benchmarking and digital tools to enhance accuracy, transparency and client decision-making.
• Collaborate with colleagues globally and contribute to growth plans, bids and work-winning activities.
