WSP is seeking a Rail Estimator to lead the estimating function within the PMCM Rail group. You will deliver cost estimates, manage a diverse team, and work with clients and multidisciplinary teams across UK rail projects.

The role focuses on developing cost plans, procurement and cost assurance, leveraging CostX and CANDY, and driving digital innovations in estimation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Rail estimating experience and knowledge of measurement methods such as the Rail Method of Measurement (RMM1), Method of Measurement for Highway Works (MMHW) and the Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement (CESMM4).
• Relevant educational background in a related field.
• Good technical writing, client facing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our rail estimating function and deliver cost estimates for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop and mentor the rail estimating team and work with client teams and internal design teams.
• Collaborate to shape the digital estimating service offering and ensure alignment with NEC contracts and other industry standards.
