Instagrid, a leader in portable power solutions, seeks a Business Development Manager to win new UK business. You will own the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, with travel across the UK and onboarding in Germany when needed.

This fully remote role requires exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, plus the drive to develop a high-value customer portfolio in rail, construction, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win new business and exceed targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with six-figure deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with remote work and travel across the UK.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business across the UK, with a focus on rail.
• Close high-value deals and negotiate with key decision-makers.
• Build and manage a portfolio of high-value customers across sectors.
• Execute a sales strategy and forecast accurately to sustain revenue growth.
• Travel extensively within the UK and occasionally abroad for onboarding.
• Maintain market insight and report performance to UK and Germany teams.
• Explain product value with a strong technical understanding.
