Job summary

GTS Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Drainage Site Manager to oversee site operations and teams on major UK railway infrastructure projects. The role requires hands-on management, coordination across projects, and a strong focus on safety.

Travel and site presence across the northwest and other sites in the UK are expected, with a company vehicle provided. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in drainage, expertise in jetting and CCTV surveys, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' practical drainage experience.
• Experience with high-pressure jetting and CCTV drainage surveys.
• Knowledge of dewatering systems and confined space working.
• Experience managing site teams and coordinating works.
• Strong understanding of site safety and procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Rail experience and PTS certification would be advantageous but aren't essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and teams across major UK railway projects.
• Coordinate works and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with site teams across multiple projects and locations.
• Travel and away-work as required.
