Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to oversee daily field-based drainage operations in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. You will manage CCTV survey crews, tankering and civils teams, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical drainage knowledge with solid operational management experience and a proactive leadership style. Full-time, permanent role with standard UK hours.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on technical knowledge with proven operational management experience.
• Experience overseeing CCTV drainage surveys, combi units, drainage engineers, tankering operatives and civils teams.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage CCTV survey crews, combi teams, drainage engineers, tankering operatives and civils teams.
• Plan, schedule and allocate daily workloads across multiple operational teams.
• Oversee CCTV drainage investigations, surveys, high-pressure jetting, combi operations, tankering and excavation works.
• Coordinate drainage repairs, remedial works, reinstatement and civils projects.
• Review CCTV findings and identify suitable remedial solutions.
• Prepare and review quotations for drainage and civils projects.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and quality checks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers on complex drainage issues.
• Monitor job progress, team productivity, and service delivery.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment and resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
