Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Drainage Operations Manager in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. You will oversee day‑to‑day field operations, coordinating CCTV survey crews, combi units, drainage engineers, tankering operatives and civils teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires hands‑on technical knowledge with proven operational management experience, strong leadership and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in drainage operations management and coordinating field teams.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV drainage surveys and high‑pressure jetting.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and manage projects from enquiry to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCTV survey crews, combi teams, drainage engineers and civils teams.
• Plan, schedule and allocate daily workloads across teams.
• Oversee CCTV investigations, jetting, excavation works and remedial repairs.
• Review findings and identify suitable remedial solutions.
• Prepare and review quotations for drainage and civils projects.
• Conduct site visits and quality checks.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers on drainage issues.
• Monitor progress, productivity and service delivery.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure safety compliance.
