Job summary

Galliford Try plc is seeking a Site Agent to manage drainage repair projects across SDF schemes for National Highways. You will oversee delivery, safety, quality and cost control, with regular travel across the West and East Midlands and occasional night shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, RAMS compliance, and the ability to manage multiple small projects across various locations. You will join a leading contractor with a broad order book and opportunities to develop your career within

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification is required.
• HNC qualification or higher is preferred.
• Relevant CSCS card is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe working environment for all.
• Coordinate, plan, and track project progress and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure RAMS, Permit to Work systems, site inductions and safety briefings are correctly carried out.
• Build strong client relationships and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality control, H&S compliance, and team competence through regular checks.
• Able to manage multiple small projects across various locations
