Arcadis in the UK is seeking a Rail Depot and Rolling Stock Consultant to join our Infrastructure Asset Management team. You will help deliver the UK asset management strategy, lead depot and rolling stock projects, and develop capabilities within the rail market.

Reporting to an Associate Director in Rail Asset Management, you will manage client relationships, support cross‑disciplinary tenders, and translate complex technical issues into practical guidance for decision‑makers, with room for

Formación

• Background in depot operations and/or rolling stock asset management within rail.
• Experience addressing strategic, tactical and operational challenges in asset management.
• Proven ability to support and/or manage tenders, bids and technical proposals.
• Strong understanding of rolling stock and depot assets in a rail environment.
• Familiarity with asset risk, failure analysis techniques and ISO 55000 concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for complex technical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical point of contact on rolling stock and depot asset management.
• Lead and support delivery of projects meeting quality and budget targets.
• Support UK Mobility asset management strategy and global capability development.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead technical inputs to cross-boundary tenders for asset management opportunities.
• Identify future opportunities and help grow Arcadis Rail Asset Management offering.
