Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Rail Depot and Rolling Stock Consultant in the UK to help deliver asset management strategy across rail assets. You will lead depot and rolling stock projects, advise on operations, maintenance and risk, and develop capabilities within Arcadis Mobility.

You will collaborate with Design, Asset Management and Advisory teams, grow client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues while advancing as a technical subject matter expert in rail depot and rolling stock asset

Qualifications

• Background in depot operations and/or rolling stock asset management with rail experience.
• Experience addressing strategic, tactical and operational challenges incl RAMS, planning and data quality.
• Proven ability to support and manage tenders, bids and technical proposals.
• Strong understanding of operation and maintenance of rolling stock and depot assets.
• Knowledge of asset risk, failure analysis techniques (FMECA, Bow Tie, Fishbone) and ISO 55000.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact on rolling stock and depot asset management.
• Lead and support delivery of projects, meeting quality and budget targets.
• Support UK Mobility asset management strategy and advisory services.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead technical inputs to cross-boundary tenders for asset management opportunities.
• Contribute to market engagement and identify future Rail Asset Management opportunities.
