Arcadis is seeking a Rail Depot and Rolling Stock Consultant to join its Infrastructure Asset Management team in the UK. You will help deliver the UK asset management strategy, manage depot/rolling stock projects, and develop capabilities within the rail market across advisory services.

You will report to an Associate Director within Rail Asset Management and may mentor junior colleagues as you grow as a technical subject matter expert in rail depot and rolling stock asset management.

Qualifications

• Background in depot operations and/or rolling stock asset management within rail industry.
• Experience on rolling stock/depot asset management projects addressing strategic, tactical and operational challenges.
• Proven ability to support/manage tenders, bids and technical proposals.
• Strong understanding of operation/maintenance of rolling stock and depot assets.
• Knowledge of asset risk, failure analysis techniques and ISO 55000 standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex issues for clients.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical contact on rolling stock and depot asset management and related issues.
• Lead and support delivery of projects, meeting quality and budget targets.
• Support UK Mobility asset management strategy and global capability development.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships to generate positive outcomes.
• Contribute to cross-boundary tenders for asset management opportunities.
• Identify future opportunities for Arcadis Rail Asset Management offering.
