Qualifications

• Experience in asset management strategies, change programmes, and planning.
• Delivery or management of asset, infrastructure, or technology projects in the transport sector.
• Leadership experience managing professional teams.
• External accreditation (e.g., MCA or IAM) or willingness to work toward it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver asset management projects on time, within quality and budget targets.
• Contribute to UK mobility asset management strategy and global capability.
• Develop asset management strategies, change programmes and business cases.
• Drive market engagement and thought leadership to identify growth opportunities for Arcadis’ rail asset management services.
