Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Rail Depot and Rolling Stock Consultant in the UK to join the Infrastructure Asset Management team. You will help deliver the UK asset management strategy and lead depot and rolling stock projects, while developing capabilities within our rail market.

You will support design, advisory and cross-functional service lines, and may mentor junior colleagues as you grow into a technical SME in rail depot and rolling stock asset management.

Qualifications

• Background in depot operations and/or rolling stock asset management.
• Experience on rolling stock and depot projects addressing strategic, tactical and operational challenges.
• Proven ability to support and/or manage tenders, bids and technical proposals.
• Strong understanding of the operation and maintenance of rolling stock and depot assets in a rail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact on rolling stock and depot asset management.
• Lead and support delivery of depot and rolling stock projects within quality and budget targets.
• Support UK Mobility asset management strategy and advisory services development.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships for positive outcomes.
• Contribute to cross-boundary tenders for asset management opportunities.
• Identify future opportunities to grow Arcadis Rail Asset Management offering.
