Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Asset Management Principal Consultant to join our UK rail asset management team. You will lead consultancy projects, shape the rail asset management strategy and develop value propositions within the rail sector.

Reporting to an associate director, you will guide the team, build relationships with clients, and contribute to thought leadership while delivering transformational outcomes across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with transportation clients, asset-rich organisations, or consultancy in this space.
• Proven ability to resolve strategic, tactical, and operational challenges in asset management.
• Leadership experience managing professional teams and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver asset management projects on time, meeting quality and budget targets.
• Contribute to UK mobility asset management strategy and build global capability.
• Develop asset management strategies, change programmes and business cases.
• Drive data maturity, asset information strategies and maintenance optimisation.
• Represent Arcadis in the rail asset management market and support tenders.
