Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is delivering works for Network Rail’s CP7 Western Structures & Network Enhancements Framework (2024–2029), a £100m programme focused on renewal and reconstruction of key assets across the Western region. The role supports day-to-day site management, setting-out tasks and ensuring safety, quality and compliance across bridges, tunnels and retaining structures.

Candidates should hold a Degree in Civil Engineering and have reasonable site experience in a

• Broad experience coordinating civil or structural works on rail projects.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements in rail environments.
• Ability to contribute to site management and engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site management, ensuring works are delivered safely and to spec.
• Contribute to setting-out tasks and ensure accuracy against standards.
• Collaborate with site teams to maintain progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation, inspections and compliance records.
• Support delivery of projects within the £100m framework through 2029.
