Philips is seeking a Customer Program Manager for Radiology Informatics to lead large, cross-functional software implementation projects across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to deliver value and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires PMP certification, healthcare IT experience, and willingness to travel; you will work from home with regular travel to customer sites and partner locations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in software professional services/project management.
• PMP (PMI) certification or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering healthcare IT/software projects (Radiology Informatics/PACS ideal).

Aufgaben

• Oversee large cross-functional projects typically >€1M; ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk control.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and regular progress reporting to executives.
• Cultivate strong customer and partner relationships across the region.
• Lead and empower project teams and manage subcontractors/contracts.
• Ensure consistent delivery using standardized processes and ensure customer value.
